Using NoteTasker
NoteTasker is operated by Marc Vallverdú. By using the website, app, or link service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use NoteTasker.
Nothing in these terms removes consumer or other legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Private testing
NoteTasker is currently in private testing. There is no public App Store or public TestFlight download, no public signup, and no purchase offered on this website. Access to a private build can change or end as the app is tested.
Descriptions on this site explain the current private build. They are not a promise that every feature will remain unchanged or become publicly available.
Acceptable use
Use NoteTasker lawfully and only for content you are entitled to handle. Do not interfere with the app or service, probe for credentials, evade safety or usage limits, automate abusive traffic, or use the service to harm another person.
Submit only public links that you want NoteTasker and its providers to process. Do not submit private, signed, credential-bearing, or sensitive URLs. You remain responsible for the links and content you choose to save, export, or share.
Your content
You keep your rights in the notes, tasks, and other content you create. You give NoteTasker the limited permission needed to store that content on your device and to process a public link when you ask the app to prepare it.
The current build does not upload or sync your whole task library. Public-link preparation is narrower and is described in the privacy policy.
Source summaries and original pages
Prepared summaries and readable copies can be incomplete, unavailable, or wrong. They do not replace the original page. Check the original source before relying on prices, availability, safety information, professional advice, or any other important detail.
NoteTasker does not own the public pages it helps you read. Those pages remain subject to their owners' rights and terms.
Outside services
Public-link preparation depends on services such as Firecrawl, FxEmbed, OpenAI, OpenRouter, routed model providers, Apple, Cloudflare, and other hosting or network services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. NoteTasker is not responsible for an outside service's content, availability, or independent handling of data.
NoteTasker software and site
The NoteTasker app, service, website, branding, and original interface remain the operator's property, apart from third-party software and content governed by their own licences. These terms do not transfer ownership of them to you.
Availability and changes
The private app and service are provided for testing. They may be changed, interrupted, limited, or withdrawn. NoteTasker does not promise uninterrupted access, permanent retention, or compatibility with every page, device, or iOS version.
Responsibility and limits
To the extent the law allows, NoteTasker is provided without warranties about uninterrupted operation, completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of, or inability to use, the private app, website, service, prepared source content, or an outside provider.
These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the updated version will be published here with a new date. Continuing to use NoteTasker after an update means the new terms apply from that point.
